eコマースマネージャー/ eCommerce Manager

An international cosmetics manufacturing company is looking for an eCommerce Manager. The selected candidate will manage eCommerce business, improve customer experience and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement strategy in eCommerce to achieve sales objectives
• Oversee operations properly for official the eCommerce site and third-party marketplaces
• Track and improve daily site performance
• Manage inventory status and maintain proper stock in coordination with various teams
• Analyse sales and customer trends in eCommerce
• Submit all reports in time
• Handle migration project for new platform and system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in eCommerce in retail or consumer goods
• Experience in developing EC platform and driving online sales on the official EC site as well as marketplaces
• Business level English
