EC/デジタルマーケティングマネージャー/ EC/Digital Marketing Manager

A global consumer health company is looking for an EC/Digital Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategies to expand the EC business, enhance customer retention, and maximise sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute EC growth strategy to drive business expansion
• Increase and retain light users using CRM data insights
• Develop strategies to convert light users to loyal customers, following a PDCA cycle
• Design and implement digital communication strategies across EC channels
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Finance to align strategies and lead execution
• Manage KPIs and oversee the daily PDCA cycle for EC, analysing site data to optimise results
• Propose EC business measures to leadership team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of digital marketing experience (in-house, consulting firm, or EC company)
• Prior people management or project lead experience for 2+ people
• Knowledge of customer journey in FMCG
• Strong leadership, data analysis, and consumer understanding skills
• Native level Japanese; basic level English (business level preferred)
