Responsibilities:
- Drive seller account growth through promotions, training, and stakeholder collaboration
- Stay updated on product, policy, and marketing changes, educating sellers promptly
- Address trust-related violations and assist sellers in performance improvement
- Conduct data analysis to identify business trends and growth opportunities
- Establish KPIs with sellers and execute business plans effectively
- Lead seller visits, webinars, and prepare sales tracking reports
Requirements:
- Moe than 2 years of experience in seller account management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge in the industry
- Excellent selling skills
- Business level English; native level English
