A global leader in sportswear is seeking an Assistant Manager, Media Activation. The selected candidate will support media activation for category concepts, managing daily operations of performance media in close collaboration with Digital Activation and eCommerce teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support development of holistic media plans to meet business objectives and manage performance
- Develop performance media strategy (SEM, display, social, app AD) to achieve eCommerce KPIs
- Analyse channel data for testing, optimisation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Digital Activation to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Manage budget and agency relationships under manager supervision
- Conduct research, tracking, and reporting activities
Requirements:
- Experience in Digital Ad, particularly in programmatic media management
- Understanding of digital infrastructure and tracking methods (cookies, tag management)
- Technical proficiency with ad serving and DSP platforms (e.g., DoubleClick, MediaMath)
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LINE)
- Expertise in web analytics and ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager)
- Familiarity with display technology and ad ecosystem
- Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
