An E-commerce Manager role is now available in a multinational fashion company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving traffic and sales through performance marketing and site enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Manage Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) vertical site by partnering closely with International, APAC relatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey by enhancing on-site features
- Identify new online marketing opportunities and platforms, and develop strategies for e-commerce optimisation
- Own and manage P&L of key digital channels
- Develop sales forecast and relevant strategies, achieve the annual sales target
- Track the performance reports against set KPIs, analyse the performance, and develop action plans to grow the business
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Experience working in networked, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
- Strong experience with dashboarding tools (MS Excel)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of e-commerce-related business processes, including Merchandising
- Experience in Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is an advantage
- Experience in Adobe Analytics is preferred
- Knowledge of the dynamics in the fashion retail industry is ideal
- Experience leveraging digital products and tools is a plus
- Business level written and verbal English
