A global luxury brand is seeking a Head of E-Commerce. The selected candidate will drive sales performance, manage budgets, and oversee e-commerce operations for both direct and third-party channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategy and budget and third-party platforms
- Optimise site operations and ensure seamless customer experience across all e-commerce channels
- Manage performance marketing and SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and sales
- Oversee merchandising and inventory management, coordinating with global and local teams
- Analyse KPIs and create actionable reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Coordinate with third-party platforms for marketing, promotions, and site operations
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience in e-commerce business management
- More than 3 years in a strategic, management-level role, with team management experience preferred
- Practical experience with CMS systems required (SFCC preferred)
- Prior experience in 3rd party platform management (Rakuten, Zozo, Marui, etc.)
- Hands on experience in Digital Marketing and working with outside agencies (SEM, SEO)
- Background in Buying/Merchandising for e-commerce channel
- Experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, BI preferred)
- Fluent level English and Japanese
