A foreign manufacturer or sporting goods is looking for an eCommerce Manager. In this position, the ideal applicant will be in charge of develop a digital strategy to achieve set financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales and KPI targets in various digital channels
- Gather insights on website KPIs, metrics, and regional business objectives
- Monitor market behaviour and prepare relevant business reports to senior management
- Initiate the localisation of global consumer projects to boost sales
- Attend global IT or UX gatherings to convey regional needs
- Design a performance marketing strategy for marketplaces
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Expertise in technology ecosystem for eCommerce business support
- Background in P&L management
- Knowledgeable in online retailing including best practices and business models
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred
- Fluent level Japanese and English
