An international luxury fashion label is looking to hire an E-Commerce Manager. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a profitable ecommerce platform through site merchandising and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Own business including site maintenance and operation
• performance on ecommerce for each season
• Analyse e-commerce sale from product performance perspective and identify growth opportunity
• Act as project leader for any new HQ driven initiative to implement locally, as well as any local driven initiatives related to ecommerce business
• Maintain compelling merchandising catalogue
• Coordinate site upload and product launch schedules with HQ digital product team and local team
• Closely work with digital marketing partner to maximize marketing impact
• Constantly monitor ecommerce transaction and ensure all orders to be processed
• Forward customer inquiry to Customer Care team and identify the site enhancement opportunity

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury retail E-commerce
• Competency in Excel and E-Commerce IT tools
• Knowledge of project management and reporting tools
• Business level fluency in both English and Japanese
