A global women’s fashion label is searching for an individual with strong knowledge of digital marketing and a talent for analysis to join their team as the Digital Marketing Manager. In this position, the successful candidate will develop strategic digital plans to promote a leading international brand.
- Design, develop and drive the Japan strategic digital marketing plan and process to continue to provide consumer focused opportunities and sources of profitable growth
- Develop the Japan digital marketing organization structure to engage consumer-minded digital marketing professionals to drive a brand led consumer focused culture and commercial approach based on clear roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement an operating system framework to ensure that the digital marketing strategy and guiding principles of the business unit are embedded, delivering one consistent Japan digital marketing framework and digital strategies aligned with the target audience, brand KPIs, brand values and positioning
- Model the skills needed for the Japan digital marketing organization across seven core competencies, leadership principles and functional digital marketing competencies including annual digital media strategies, annual digital communication strategy, development of content marketing strategy, development of a brand website, development of social media strategy and omni-channel strategy
- Fully manage the advertising and promotion budget (digital marketing budget) in the region to ensure efficient allocation of funds across countries in line with the country by country sales development outlook
- Exceptional understanding of women’s clothing and marketing business
- An outstanding sense for consumer insights and behaviours in digital marketing
- An advanced degree of analytical skills; strong strategic mindset
