A global digital technology company is seeking a Digital & Community Engagement Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute digital strategies to enhance online presence and foster community connections.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital strategy that includes social media, website management, and content promotion
• Manage daily operations of all digital channels, ensuring content is tailored to the Japanese audience
• Create and schedule posts that drive engagement, foster community, and promote content
• Collaborate with the Content & Operations Lead to ensure digital content aligns with the overall editorial strategy
• Actively engage with the community, building relationships and fostering an interactive online presence
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and social media initiatives

Requirements:

• Practical experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement (Bitcoin or crypto industry is ideal)
• Prior experience in managing digital content for a media brand or publication
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media tools, and community engagement strategies
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and its relevance to the Japanese market
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
