A global internet technology company is looking for a Search Operations Team Lead. The selected candidate will manage, recruit, and develop the team while ensuring service delivery aligns with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the search operations team
• Ensure service delivery meets company values and policies
• Oversee the localisation of policies, processes, and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise search strategies
• Manage new projects and deliver high-quality training
• Continuously evaluate outcomes and optimise workflows and processes
• Maintain awareness and understanding of sensitive issues, such as child exploitation and violence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in quality management at a tech/media company (search operation is a plus)
• More than 2 years of experience as Team Lead, Content Manager, or Technical Lead
• Experience with cross-functional partners across different markets/regions
• General knowledge of search engineering and strategies
• Strong people management skills with multicultural teams
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
