マーケティングコンテンツシニアオフィサー/ Marketing Contents Senior Officer

A renowned medical non-for-profit organisation is seeking a Marketing Contents Senior Officer. The selected candidate will manage the creation and implementation of both offline and online campaign materials.

Responsibilities:

• Define key messages, content, and editorial tone for campaign materials in collaboration with Mass Marketing and One to One Communication teams
• Lead the planning, preparation, and production of materials, including written and multimedia content
• Manage production schedules and work closely with external vendors and contributors to ensure timely delivery
• Propose and implement improvements to production approaches as approved by the Contents Manager
• Supervise external vendors and content creators to ensure materials align with fundraising objectives
• Oversee daily supervision of junior staff, motivating and coaching team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in project management and content planning, writing, editing, and proofreading
• Knowledge of marketing and fundraising strategies
• Genuine interest in and commitment to medical humanitarian principles
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
