Responsibilities:

• Propose and secure approvals for creative concepts
• Display strategic insights during discussions
• Facilitate case study and content development with internal colleagues
• Oversee the design of the creative strategy practice
• Aid with strategy creation and deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of creative strategy, brand strategy, or planning experience
• Background in managing or preparing creative briefs
• Expertise in creative ideation
• Skilled in working with business and creative stakeholders
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
