ウェブデザイナー/ Web Designer

A global investment banking organisation is looking for a Web Designer. The selected candidate will create and update digital and marketing assets, support campaigns, and ensure all materials meet brand and compliance standards. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Design website pages, homepage updates, banners, social media creatives, email visuals, ads, and event materials
• Update digital assets in line with campaign needs and marketing priorities
• Align all creative outputs with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects and promotions
• Manage marketing materials through internal compliance and approval processes
• Complete compliance training and follow regulated content standards

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role
• Proficient in Figma
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of web and digital design best practices
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a financial institution or a highly regulated industry
• Prior experience using Mouseflow (or similar tools)
• Knowledge with compliance-driven content creation and approval workflows
