コンサルタント/ Consultant

A multinational consulting organisation is looking for a Consultant. The chosen candidate will identify critical business issues, structure analyses, manage project teams, and deliver clear, data-driven solutions to complex client challenges. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritise critical business issues by working closely with Partners and Managers and developing strong business acumen
• Structure analytical approaches to address key issues, including gathering and analysing information on market dynamics, growth drivers, competitive positioning, and industry trends
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team by leading and mentoring Associates and Associate Consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Solve client cases by ensuring analytical rigour, developing robust data-driven insights, structuring final outputs, maintaining quality control, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required or above
• More than 5 years of demonstrated success in management or strategy consulting roles
• Experience working effectively in multicultural environments, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultural contexts
• Proven financial modelling proficiency, with hands-on experience in developing project finance, operating, and valuation models
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Native level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in healthcare-related strategy projects, including work in pharmaceuticals,
  medical devices, biotechnology, life science enablers, or healthcare services
