シニアスペシャリスト/ Senior Specialist

A global management consulting firm is searching for a Senior Specialist, Research and Data Services. The chosen candidate will provide comprehensive research support to various teams within the organisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research for local and regional case teams, Practice Areas and client development utilising electronic, print, and other resources
• Provide filtered and well-organised research results
• Participate as a member of an Industry Team supporting cases
• Work proactively with Case Teams to understand the project context and specific information needs
• Build industry and capability expertise by attending Practice Area meetings, industry conferences and regular reading of trade and internal publications
• Participate in or lead asset building including contributions to knowledge sharing and other projects
• Lead scheduled business research and just-in-time training staff at all levels
• Track personal research requests including cost recovery information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information science or business
• 3-6 years of experience conducting business research in a fast-paced consulting, financial services or other business setting or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with Factiva, Thomson databases, and other standard business research tools is advantageous
• Good training and presentation skills
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
