A renowned consulting firm is looking for a Talent Development Manager. The selected candidate will oversee employee onboarding, development, engagement, and retention. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning and development needs through job analysis, reviews, and consultations
- Validate and manage the learning and development plan and budget
- Follow up on the plan and budget, aligning with the Head Quarter in Europe
- Provide support and advice to talents throughout the process
- Monitor and implement best practices in performance appraisal and competence management
- Build and maintain internal communications tools to enhance and promote transformation
- Assess and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies
- Monitor HR best practices in international organisations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than1 year of experience in talent development in a consulting firm
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong verbal and written Japanese and English
