イノベーションコンサルタント/ Innovation Consultant

An Innovation Consultant position is now available at a multinational technology company. The qualified candidate will support the clients to align their people, processes, and technology with a business strategy, and vision, for future success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic capabilities that create a competitive advantage for clients
• Develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations
• Co-innovate with clients to outline transformation roadmaps
• Support delivery, account management, and sales teams in problem-solving and driving business growth
• Conduct detailed process discoveries & customer journey mapping
• Develop Innovative solutions that help in addressing the identified people, process, and technology opportunities
• Lead innovation-related discussions with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, due diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils, and consulting engagements
• Work closely with project management, IT, and delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results and impact

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Knowledge in various industries (automotive; BFSI; consumer electronics; energy and public sector; healthcare services; insurance, media & communications; retail & e-commerce; technology; and travel, transportation & tourism)
• Background in transformation or process re-engineering (RPA, cognitive, bots, messaging, analytics, Lean or Six Sigma)
• Understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (chat bots, email bots, social bots, knowledge bots, etc.)
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess a valid Lean Six Sigma BB, MBB, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
