戦略的コミュニケーションコンサルタント/ Strategic Communications Consultant

A multinational strategic communications consultancy firm is looking for a Strategic Communications Consultant. The selected candidate will provide strategic advice, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact communications for clients across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders across communication fields
• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Design and implement communications strategies, plans, narratives, and messaging for clients
• Act as client lead and relationship manager across key client mandates
• Develop and expand client relationships by identifying new business and growth opportunities
• Mentor and support junior colleagues to foster talent development
• Engage with domestic and international media, building strong media relationships
• Conduct research and analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of professional experience in strategic communications, in-house or agency
• Experience in media relations, project management, and strategic communications
• Proficient in developing communications strategies, drafting briefing documents, and positioning clients
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of financial topics and domestic/foreign media landscape
