A renowned consulting and training firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will promote and sell training engagements, establish strong client relationships, and drive business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage business development for new and existing accounts, and build client relationships
- Introduce services through meetings, RFP responses, and industry conferences
- Apply account management principles to improve business performance and build long-term partnerships
- Develop relationships with various levels within client organisations
- Deliver client training, facilitation, and coaching as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Practical experience in professional services such as management consulting or technical training
- Experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technology industries is ideal
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in sales and business development
- Possess a valid MBA or other relevant higher qualification preferred
- Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
