A global real estate company is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves overseeing all project aspects from feasibility through construction, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on architecture, engineering, and design for new and potential projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and shortlist consultants for potential projects
- Prepare Property Improvement Plans (PIP) for conversions and renovations
- Review and ensure design compliance with brand standards and mentor implementation
- Protect product standards and address breaches as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to avoid project delays
- Plan and coordinate meetings, site visits, and program deliverables
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk registers, and oversee project activities
- Collaborate with consultants on design concepts and documentation for tender and construction
- Monitor project progress, status, milestones, and estimated opening dates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior design, or engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality domain
- Experience managing internal multidisciplinary teams in the development of hotel projects
- Prior experience in effective management of third-party consultants and owners
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level English and Japanese; proficient in verbal Korean is ideal
