プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global real estate company is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves overseeing all project aspects from feasibility through construction, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice on architecture, engineering, and design for new and potential projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and shortlist consultants for potential projects
• Prepare Property Improvement Plans (PIP) for conversions and renovations
• Review and ensure design compliance with brand standards and mentor implementation
• Protect product standards and address breaches as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to avoid project delays
• Plan and coordinate meetings, site visits, and program deliverables
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk registers, and oversee project activities
• Collaborate with consultants on design concepts and documentation for tender and construction
• Monitor project progress, status, milestones, and estimated opening dates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior design, or engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality domain
• Experience managing internal multidisciplinary teams in the development of hotel projects
• Prior experience in effective management of third-party consultants and owners
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English and Japanese; proficient in verbal Korean is ideal
