Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the AI consulting business from an early stage
• Develop and execute overall business strategy and growth plans
• Deliver AI consulting and solution offerings to enterprise clients
• Drive business development through strategic partnerships and investor networks
• Collaborate closely with leadership stakeholders to align business objectives
• Lead execution of AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives
• Expand client base within financial services and other industries

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or AI-driven start-ups
• Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation
• Exposure to financial services industry
• Strong commercial mindset with leadership or business-building experience
• High-potential and growth-oriented profile
