アソシエイトディレクター/ Associate Director

A renowned construction company is looking for an Occupier & Retail - Associate Director. The selected candidate will lead cost management delivery, oversee project controls and financial performance, manage client relationships, and support team development and business growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end cost management delivery across complex construction projects
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, communication, and successful outcomes
• Develop project cost strategies, benchmarks, reporting structures, and control frameworks
• Oversee cost planning, post-contract reporting, value engineering, and lifecycle costing activities
• Monitor budgets, manage commercial risk, support contract administration, and oversee invoicing processes
• Develop team capability, allocate resources, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• More than 10 years of experience in cost management or construction projects (cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.)
• Experience in people management
• Prior experience in client management
• Proven experience in client facing environment
• Proficient in English
