リーガルエンティティマネージャー/ Legal Entity Manager

A renowned motor vehicle manufacturer is looking for a Legal Entity Manager. The selected candidate will oversee office operations, regulatory and financial management, team leadership, and business growth with key automotive customers. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations including monthly closings, budgeting, and annual reporting
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain corporate governance requirements
• Align local office processes with global headquarters standards
• Lead, mentor, and support the Japan team while managing HR activities
• Manage board meetings, shareholder meetings, and office administration
• Maintain key JOEM accounts while driving new business and customer expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business
• Experience of the RFI/RFQ process
• Prior sales experience of mechanical products (mechatronics is a plus)
• Understanding of the vehicle development cycle and processes
• Knowledge of financial statements
• Familiarity with JOEM business processes and business culture
• Fluent level English; native level Japanese
