シニアオペレーションマネージャー/ Senior Operations Manager

A global eCommerce and cloud computing company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, Delivery Stations. The selected candidate will lead delivery station and sort center operations, owning budget, long-range planning, performance management, and network-wide process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own operational budgets across safety, productivity, labor, and financial targets
• Lead 3, 6, and 12-month planning for labor, forecasting, and peak readiness
• Manage site performance through metrics, coaching, and team development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise efficiency and operational output
• Partner with network leaders to share best practices and reduce costs
• Set performance goals for safety, quality, availability, productivity, cost, and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Moe than 3 years of experience in employee and performance management
• Fluent level reading, written, and spoken Japanese; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• Experience hiring and developing highly effective and diverse teams
