上級WHSプログラムマネージャー/ Sr. WHS Program Manager

A global eCommerce company is looking for a Sr. Workplace Health & Safety Program Manager. The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide safety risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive injury prevention initiatives across business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments across business units, identifying hazards and evaluating operational risks
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies with stakeholders to eliminate or reduce workplace safety risks
• Analyse incident trends and implement preventive programs to improve safety performance across sites and networks
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fire prevention laws, and WHS management system standards
• Identify operational safety gaps and oversee corrective action plans with site leadership teams
• Develop annual safety operation plans, manage budgets and resources, and report performance through regular business reviews

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Prior experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proven experiences of safety risk assessments, and development and implementation of mitigation plans
• Proficient in written and spoken English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• More than 2 years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in creating fully automated solutions
• Possess valid Hazardous Materials Engineer Class A qualification
• Possess valid Class 1 Safety and Health Manager qualification
• Possess valid Occupational Safety and Health Consultant qualification
• Possess valid ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
• Possess valid Toxic and Deleterious Substances Manager qualification
