コーポレートサイトチームリーダー/ Corporate Site Team Lead

A renowned IT services company is looking for a Channel Management, Site Operations, Corporate Site Team Lead. The selected candidate will drive operational excellence across test centers while strengthening quality, security, and resource efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise performance of directly managed test centers
• Prepare and coordinate complex exam formats across venues
• Design and implement operational improvements
• Monitor benchmarks and track KPI performance
• Plan and allocate annual resources based on targets
• Strengthen quality control, security, and backup systems

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in operations leadership
• Experience in proposing operational improvements and collaborating on issue resolution
• Native-level reading, writing, and speaking Japanese; proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in test center or CBT operations
• Prior experience in call centers, SCM, or similar operational environments
• Proven experience in improving such operations
