CFO

A renowned renewable energy solutions company is looking for a CFO. The selected candidate will lead corporate finance strategy, governance, investor relations, and executive-level financial decision support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute capital policy and equity and debt fundraising strategies
• Manage investor, banking, securities firm, and auditor relationships and reporting
• Lead IPO preparation including disclosure frameworks, J-SOX compliance, and governance
• Develop mid-term business plans and establish KPI and budget control frameworks
• Provide financial reporting and strategic insights to the board and executive committee
• Oversee group-wide management control, subsidiary governance, internal controls, and M&A support

Requirements:

• Experience in End-to-end finance leadership (Capital strategy & fundraising (equity and debt), financial planning, cash flow, cost / margin management, management reporting for executive decision-making)
• Prior IPO preparation experience
• Proven experience leading finance, accounting, legal, IR teams
• Proven Stakeholder management skills
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with overseas subsidiaries, M&A, or cross-border finance
