CFO

A global computers and electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, and performance management in close partnership with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy, business performance, and capital allocation
• Lead global finance functions including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across international operations
• Drive digital transformation to enhance financial data visibility and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, JP GAAP, and US GAAP requirements
• Support long-term growth through disciplined financial planning and resource optimisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
• More than 10 years of progressive finance leadership
• Fluent level Japanese and English
