ゼネラルマネージャー/ General Manager

A renowned audiovisual and unified communications solutions provider is looking for a General Manager. The selected candidate will lead branch operations, drive sales, and manage personnel and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support branch personnel, including training and task allocation
• Manage daily financial activities, budgeting, and business planning
• Drive sales, productivity, and cost management initiatives
• Oversee branch operations based on P&L and budget
• Control inventory and branch assets
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and effective communication with corporate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, or related field
• 4-6 years’ management experience managing a diverse operation with multiple business units (Audio Visual or Construction industry is ideal)
• Experience with budget preparation, fiscal management, and cash management
• Prior experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations
• Proven experience with planning, implementing and managing the activities of an installation workforce through recruiting, training, scheduling and best practices techniques
• Possess valid driver’s license

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or Master’s Degree
• Experience with construction or project management theory and practices
• Background in business/strategic planning and execution, including diligence, acquisition and integration
• Knowledge with AV or other electro-mechanical systems
