アソシエイトマネージャー/ Associate Manager

A global food manufacturer is seeking an Associate Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement, loyalty programs, and data-driven CRM operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive CRM strategy and annual plans aligned with overall business goals
• Implement communication initiatives that strengthen engagement and loyalty
• Run CRM campaigns that boost traffic across retail and eCommerce
• Develop new customer benefits, services, and loyalty programs
• Leverage customer and transactional data to design targeted initiatives
• Set KPIs, evaluate results, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or related fields
• Experience in data-driven strategy development and execution
• Prior experience in directing the creation of digital content (e.g., social media, email) aligned with campaign objectives
• Proven experience in project management, including vendor management, timelines, budgets, and KPI monitoring
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with MA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, KARTE, etc.)
• Prior CRM experience in retail, FMCG, luxury, food, or global brand environments
• Proven experience in customer data analysis
