Head of Japan

A global outsourcing and offshoring consultancy is looking for a Head of Japan. The selected candidate will lead business operations, client relations, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive profitability and manage full P&L
• Oversee support functions including talent acquisition, training, QA, and finance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Host prospective clients during pre-project visits
• Align strategies and goals with global teams
• Support business development to expand in Japan’s contact center market

Requirements:

• Experience in contact center leadership
• Prior experience in track record as a Site Leader or similar role within BPO or captive customer service setting
• Proven experience in managing large teams and driving operational excellence
• Background working overseas is a plus
• Fluent level English and Japanese
