製品開発担当副社長/ Product Development VP

A global financial services company is looking for a Product Development VP. The selected candidate will lead product development initiatives across diverse client businesses and asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development initiatives including fund designs, launches, and re-positionings
• Conduct market research to evaluate fund viability, pricing, competitors, and client needs
• Collaborate with investment and distribution teams to drive product ideation and commercialisation
• Manage governance processes across product lifecycle and support product committees
• Guide team decisions on product strategy through data analysis and presentation materials
• Build strong relationships with internal teams including Client Businesses, Investments, Operations, and Legal & Compliance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the investment funds industry or similar related businesses
• Experience in the product development area in Japan
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese
