参謀長/ Chief of Staff

A multinational cryptocurrency firm is looking for a Chief of Staff. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across departments to support executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing company-wide strategic initiatives
• Monitor and report on progress toward business goals
• Identify and mitigate risks related to operational execution
• Lead or support high-priority projects from conception to completion
• Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO
• Represent the CEO in meetings and act as a strategic advisor to the executive team
• Coordinate and align efforts across departments to achieve organisational goals
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and organisational challenges
• Support preparation for board meetings, investor relations, and external communications
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Help drive leadership team development and organisational health initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive-level support
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or relevant advanced degree

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Background in management consulting or executive leadership roles
• Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
