Head of Enterprise Informatics

A multinational health technology company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Informatics, Japan. The selected candidate will lead the commercial strategy for the enterprise informatics portfolio, ensuring market growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business strategy and portfolio execution in the market
• Create and implement growth plans in collaboration with global teams
• Align with sales leaders to build and execute account strategies
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders to enhance portfolio influence
• Support marketing initiatives including events and webinars for lead generation and retention
• Equip sales teams with insights, tools, and data to maximise business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or MedTech products or solutions
• Experience with leading a cross functional team (business with complex market/ channel structures)
• Prior experience in P&L management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
