A global financial services company is looking for an Associate to Vice President in Debt Capital Markets. The selected candidate will support bond origination and execution, market analysis, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support domestic and international bond origination and execution in collaboration with senior DCM bankers and internal teams
• Gather and analyse market data to produce and update pitchbooks and marketing materials
• Assist in preparing market updates and engaging with clients as needed
• Coordinate with bond syndicates, coverage teams, and global offices to support deal execution
• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for active mandates
• Focus on FIG clients while supporting SSA or Corporate clients when needed

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in DCM business (foreign or domestic banks)
• Knowledge of market and product
• Fluent level Japanese and English
