副社長/ Vice President

A renowned asset management company is seeking a Vice President. The selected candidate will oversee real estate asset management strategies and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive asset management strategies to maximise long-term property value
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resolve issues with property managers
• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Perform due diligence and risk assessments on real estate deals
• Contribute to investment strategies and asset planning

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in real estate transactions (closing for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing)
• Experience in private equity or a similar domain is preferred
• Possess valid Japanese Real Estate Transaction, Building Management Engineer, or Real Estate Securitisation Master qualifications
• Professional level Japanese: business level written and spoken English is ideal
