A renowned manufacturing company is seeking a General Manager, Japan. The selected candidate will lead all operations, drive growth, and ensure financial sustainability across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across sales, production, technical, logistics, and quality departments
• Manage full P&L to maintain profitability and long-term financial health
• Drive market growth through customer engagement and business development
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to meet corporate objectives
• Strengthen organisational structure and promote cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and integrate a local manufacturing network with global supply chains

Requirements:

• Experience in Power Transmission
• Prior experience collaborating with European Headquarters
• Proven experience managing customers with annual turnover of minimum €15 million Euro
• Background in sales
