カントリーマネージャー/ Country Manager

A foreign refrigeration manufacturer is seeking a Country Manager to lead its Japan operations. The selected candidate will drive business growth, manage operations, and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales, profitability, and market share goals
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in refrigeration and HVAC sectors
• Build and manage client relationships and negotiate long-term contracts
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Recruit, lead, and coach a high-performing local team
• Represent the company at industry events and align with regional and global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, engineering, or a relevant domain (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or a related domain
• Background driving business growth and managing operations in the Japanese market
• Knowledge of heat exchanger technologies and industrial refrigeration applications
• Understanding of Japanese business culture, regulations, and market dynamics
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
