A global entertainment company is looking for a Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager. The selected candidate will be driving business growth and establishing strong partnerships within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key industry stakeholders
• Develop and execute growth strategies to scale Fever’s market presence
• Manage commercial strategies with major partners to ensure mutual value creation
• Maintain strong organisational skills to manage and grow a large client base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful partner growth in Japan and internationally
• Stay informed about trends and emerging experiences in the entertainment industry, acting as the go-to expert for new and exciting events

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech companies, sports/music/arts, etc.)
• More than 3 years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Skilled in MS Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
• Experience in the event or entertainment industry is a plus
