Head of Musketeers

A multinational consumer goods company is looking for a Head of Musketeers. The chosen candidate will implement the national On Premise strategy and design the regional strategy within the On Premise universe. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the credible voice of On Premise, ensuring communication flow and knowledge transfer within the national management team
• Promote teamwork across all national business units and bring Red Bull’s premium brand values to life as a role model
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
• Lead, motivate, and develop the On Premise team to boost performance and engagement
• Own the national training plan and provide top-level coaching to ensure continuous development
• Assess team capabilities, set clear targets, and implement effective succession planning
• Plan and develop team structure and geographical coverage, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Manage budgets, POS materials, and other team resources efficiently
• Analyse market research, KPIs, and reports to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Contribute to business and organisational strategy as a member of the On Premise Leadership Team
• Represent the On Premise department to internal and external stakeholders, engaging both national and international partners

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of On Premise Sales experience
• More than 4 years of management experience
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and already have established contacts in the night scene or gastronomy
• Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming market research, sales data, and forecasts into effective sales strategies and impactful brand-marketing activities
