Director of Operations

A renowned collectibles authentication company is seeking a Director of Operations. The selected candidate will lead day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and develop high-performing teams across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Define team responsibilities to meet daily business needs and productivity targets
• Supervise and train the operations team to improve quality and performance
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and shipment of customer orders
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance scalability
• Oversee inventory accuracy, procurement, and key performance reporting
• Act as the operations liaison between the Head Office and Tokyo Office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• More than 7 years of experience in management in a warehouse operation, manufacturing, production, or distribution setting
• More than 4 years of experience in people leadership role
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English
