オペレーションディレクター/ Operations Director

A global organisation in the educational sector is looking for an Operations Director. The chosen candidate will develop a comprehensive operations strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a two-year Operations plan and strategy

• Set and embed Capacity and Operational Planning
• Provide end-to-end oversight of Operational Planning, logistics, resourcing, and service delivery performance and standards
• Define and approve SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements
• Prioritise work and resolve day-to-day operating resource issues
• Set up an Operational Plan and ensure capacity is in place to achieve economies of scale
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partners
• Use standard data analytics and reporting tools to validate strategies and operational planning
• Set standards and performance with respect to Exam security and compliance
• Maintain relationship with Project Finance for cost to serve and delivery feasibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working in an international environment

• Experience in managing a large operational delivery function
• Experience in managing teams and senior colleagues
• Experience in ensuring that compliance and risk is managed, tracked and monitored to requirement
• Experience in leading the delivery of computer-based exams
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Business level written and verbal Japanese (C2+ level); proficient in written and verbal English
