サイトジェネラルマネージャー/ Site General Manager

A global medical devices company is seeking a Site General Manager. This role oversees technical and administrative support activities, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Direct service operations, including system installation, maintenance, and upgrades
• Implement company policies, manage resources, and support employee growth
• Analyse processes and training needs to enhance service delivery
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Establish customer communication channels for service-related matters
• Manage site team schedules, staffing, and operational coordination
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost-effective project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality documentation requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, business partners, and suppliers to meet quality objectives
• Maintain accurate service records and system performance data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in management or supervisory equivalent
• Experience with HCM (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (SAP) product and productivity software is ideal
• Prior experience in project management is a plus
• Proven experience in medical device field service operations is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent level written and verbal English
