リージョナルビジネスマネージャー/ Regional Business Manager

A renowned financial services company is looking for a Regional Business Manager. The selected candidate will manage financial operations, headcount forecasts, and regional budgets while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain monthly financial and headcount forecasts, including annual budgets
• Generate and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy in variances, P&L tracking, and capitalisations
• Oversee month-end accruals, prepayments, and postings for accurate financials
• Evaluate and approve spending requests in line with budgets
• Develop and review project allocation keys for precise cost distribution
• Support regional budget reviews and cost assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant domain is desired
• More than 3 years in a managerial role is ideal
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting
• Background with cash, P&L, capitalisation, and accruals
• Skilled in MS Office Suite and Project
• Proficient in Apptio/TCO
• Business level Japanese; fluent level English
