CSパフォーマンス＆WFMマネージャー/ CS Performance & WFM Manager

A global fashion brand is looking for a CS Performance & WFM Manager. The selected candidate will manage resource planning, forecasting, and performance measurement to optimise team productivity. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast call and sales volumes using various factors like product launches and trends
• Create efficient schedules for a team of 60 FTEs, including outsourcer resources
• Estimate mid-term FTE needs based on workload projections
• Track call forecast accuracy and schedule fill rate
• Monitor client advisors’ staffing and adherence to status codes
• Analyse sales and service KPIs, and develop improvement plans with management

Requirements:

• Experience in call center setting, workforce management, data analysis and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Cognos, BW, etc.)
• Proficient in Japanese and English

職務内容:

• 新製品の発売、プロモーション、PR 活動、季節性、最近のトレンドなどの様々な情報に基づいて、コール予測と売上予測
• コール、売上予測に基づいて、チームのケジュールを作成
• 作業量の中期予測に基づいて、中期的なFTEの見積もり
• クライアントアドバイザーのスタッフ配置とステータスコードの遵守を監視
• 利用率、占有率、CPH などの連絡関連のKPIを定期的に監視し、CAの生産性と効率を最大化
• 売上T/O、取引数、コンバージョン率、取引ごとの売上、トラフィックデータなどの売上関連KPIを定期的に監視
• KPI目標に対する明確な判断を持って、定期的なレポートを作成・更新
• 売上パフォーマンスとサービスパフォーマンスの結果を分析し、問題のメカニズ・理由を明確にして管理チームに説明
• 管理チームと共に、売上・サービス関連のKPIを改善するための活動計画を作成
• 毎月の個人KPIデータを集計し、HRに提出するための売上インセンティブを計算
• チームマネージャーに日々の分析サポートを提供
• ビジネスインテリジェンスツールを利用して、マネージャーから要求されたデータベース、スプレッドシート、レポートを設計および作成
• 分析結果を示すプレゼンテーションやその他の資料の準備をサポート

応募要件:

• PCスキル（Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, Cognos, BW）
• コンタクトセンター管理ツールスキル(Telephony, CRM, ERP system)
• 英語力および日本語力
• 小売コールセンターまたはテレビショッピング業界で同様の経験歓迎
