Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and operational model for Cash Operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Collaborate with Technology to explore innovative digital opportunities and enhance business efficiency
• Accountable for budget management and achieving business efficiency targets
• Foster strong collaboration and communication across global Cash Operations teams
• Drive initiatives for process innovation and ensure business continuity management is in place
• Cultivate a client-centric culture while ensuring ongoing training and development for the team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Cash Operations
• Understanding of Business Facilitation
• Background in change management and frontline risk management
• Familiarity with strategy & business model and service delivery & operations
