オペレーション部長/ Head of Operations

An international pharmaceutical advisory company is looking for a Head of Operations. The chosen applicant will take the lead in operational excellence, working closely with various teams to identify best practices and align on processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership, direction and guidance to the Project Management, Analysis and Field operation teams
• Contribute to P&L management with the President of Japan, attending quarterly business reviews and monthly Japan team meetings
• Work closely with the President on annual forecasting and business planning processes.
• Identify best practices and align on processes, standards, and systems to drive efficiency throughout the organisation
• Manage client relationships, specifically ensuring client satisfaction and operational quality of projects
• Lead project delivery when Project Directors and Project Managers have capacity challenges

Requirements:

• Experience in in house pharma sales management, marketing management, business unit head or management consultant with high level client facing interaction around sales and marketing capability
• Prior senior level management and leadership experience, particularly in developing people and acting as a coach for colleagues or reports
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to network at high levels and be credible when interacting with senior individuals within client companies
• Ability to work independently and with teams
