CFO

A global pharmaceutical company is searching for a CFO. The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the strategy development of the organisation and ensuring its execution within the function.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the budgeting process, and develop and implement strategic long-term financial and business plans
• Prepare various high-level management reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
• Lead the business in managing Financial performance, and monitoring business performance against set objectives
• Engage proactively in external and commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity, and efficiency
• Oversee risk management, financial compliance, and controls
• Manage services delivered to the organisation, define processes, agree and track Service Level Agreements
• Conduct market studies and financial analyses, and set stretch objectives based on external/competitor benchmark
• Manage and develop the Finance teams within the region
