オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

An Operations Manager role is now open in a travel security services company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing the allocation of work for various teams, ensuring that services are delivered within contracted timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the allocation of work for the APAC VBA MDE schedulers and MRE
• Ensure all service standards and KPIs are met
• Coach, support and develop members of the team
• Provide quality feedback to Schedulers and MRE to maintain and improve service delivery
• Apply critical and creative thinking strategies to find productive solutions to issues
• Act as a first point of escalation for complex issues within the team
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, taking the lead where appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and/or client information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in international business, language, liberal arts, or business management is preferred
• Prior Operations Manager or equivalent experience at a highly-proficient level
• Background in CRM and managing call centre agents
• Relevant operations experience is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English; other languages are advantageous
